摘　　要： 通过调查外来务工人员的基本情况、信息需求内容、信息获取途径及其对信息服务满意程度,总结出外来务工人员在信息需求方面呈现出信息需求内容多样化、信息获取场地公共化、就业信息获得人际传播化、信息服务模式倾向自助化四个特点。针对这些特点,应采取加快推进城市信息化建设、构建一体化信息资源共享平台、加强图书馆服务体系建设和加大对外来务工人员信息援助力度等对策,以提高面向外来务工人员信息服务的水平。 Based on survey of migrant workers about basic situation,content of information demand, information acquisition and channel as well as information services satisfaction,four characteristics including diversity of information demand,access openness of information acquisition,interpersonal dissemination of employment informational acquisition and self-supported tendency of information service are indicated.According to those characteristics,accelerating the construction of urban information,building integrated information resources platform,strengthening library service system construction,developing the information knowledge and skills of migrant workers should be adopted in order to improve the information service level for migrant workers.
