摘　　要： 城市发展为外来务工人员利用公共图书馆服务奠定基础,但外来务工人员利用图书馆仍然存在不少的障碍,难于共享公共图书馆服务。从分析外来务工人员对公共图书馆的服务需求入手,提出应以服务均等化为目标,平等对待外来务工人员,去除服务差异。并且,针对外来务工人员需求,积极建设社区图书馆,开展各项便利的公共图书馆服务。 Urban developments lay the solid foundation for migrant workers in the use of public library services ,but there＇ re still existing some obstacles. This paper analyzes the migrant workers demand for public library servics and proposes that we should take equal service for the target, treat migrant workers equally, and remove service differences. It also suggests to construct the community library according to the demands of migrant workers, and actively develop the convenience of public library services.
