摘　　要： 中央在选择自贸试验区试点时并不依赖单个条件而是综合考量地理位置、产业发展水平、对外开放水平、生产要素、市场规模、区域中心度等多个因素。本文运用20个内陆省/市/自治区省级层面2020年的数据和模糊集定性比较分析(fsQCA)这种新方法从组态视角对内陆自贸试验区试点的区位选择问题进行研究。结果发现:成为内陆自贸试验区试点的组态有三个,核心条件是产业发展水平即工业发展水平、服务业发展水平以及市场规模和区域中心度,地理位置和劳动力要素也在其中一个组态起到辅助性作用。这说明中央在选择内陆自贸试验区试点时更着重产业基础、市场潜力和区域经济的辐射能力。同时,本文还发现成为内陆非自贸试验区的组态有四个,但核心条件都是对外开放水平和市场规模的缺席,工业发展水平、服务业发展水平、劳动力要素、区域中心度的缺席起到了辅助性作用。本文的研究结论具有稳健性。 When selecting the pilot Free Trade Zone,the central government does not rely on a single condition,but comprehensively considers multiple factors such as geographical location,industrial development level,opening-up level,production factors,market scale and regional centrality.The paper studies the location selection of the pilot of inland free trade zone from the perspective of configuration by using the new method of fuzzy set qualitative comparative analysis(fsQCA)based on the data of 20 inland provinces(autonomous regions)at the provincial level in 2020.The results show that there are three configurations to become the pilot of inland free trade zone.The core conditions are the level of industrial development,that is,the level of industrial development,the level of service industry development,market scale and regional centrality.Geographical location and labor factors also play an auxiliary role in one configuration.This shows that the central government pays more attention to the industrial foundation,market potential and the radiation capacity of regional economy when selecting the pilot of inland free trade zone.At the same time,this paper also found that there are four configurations to become the inland non-free trade pilot zone,the core conditions of which are the absence of the level of opening to the outside world and market scale.The absence of industrial development level,service industry development level,labor factors and regional centrality play an auxiliary role.The research conclusion of this paper is robust,and the research of this paper has reference value for the location selection of the expansion of China s pilot free trade zone.
