摘　　要： 美国曾4次举办冬奥会,是冬奥会竞技强国之一。主要运用文献资料法、实地考察法和专家访谈法等研究方法,对美国冬季运动项目发展实践进行了系统研究。研究发现:美国冬季运动项目竞技人才储备丰厚,冬季运动项目路径清晰和畅通高效的运动员培养体系,博物馆和名人堂传承与创新着美国冬季运动项目文化,可持续发展理念全方位融入冬季运动项目发展。美国冬季运动项目发展实践对我国的启示:深刻把握项目发展规律,强化运动项目协会的价值引领;打破传统思维模式,构建互联互通的运动员选拔赛事体系;全方位凝聚各方力量,激活社会团体的积极参与;注重厚植项目文化,构建日常生活实践中的体育认同;秉持可持续发展理念,创建具有国际意义的"北京标准"。 The United States has hosted the Winter Olympics four times and is one of the strongest countries in the Winter Olympics.This study systematically analyzed the development of American winter sports program by using the methods of literature review,field investigation and expert interview.It found that the United States has a large reserve of competitive talents in winter sports,a clear and smooth and efficient cultivation system for athletes in winter sports;museums and Hall of Fame inherit and innovate the culture of winter sports in the United States;and the concept of sustainable development is integrated into the development of winter sports in all aspects.The American winter sports development practice provides the following references for us:deeply grasp the regular pattern of sports development and strengthen the value of the sports association;break the traditional thinking mode and building an interconnected athlete selection system;cooperate all forces in an all-round way and activate the active participation of social groups;pay attention to the culture of the sports and build sports identity in daily life practice;and adhere to the concept of sustainable development and create a"Beijing standard"with international significance.
