摘 要: 采用山西高新技术企业的296名员工及其上司的配对样本,从员工创造性自我概念的视角,根据社会认知、角色认同等理论,考察了包容型领导对员工创造力的影响及其中介作用机制。多元回归和结构方程模型分析表明,包容型领导对员工创造力存在显著正向影响,创造性自我效能和创造性角色认同在包容型领导与员工创造力关系之间起完全中介作用。这一研究结果,拓展了包容型领导对员工创造力影响机制的理论认识,对于山西高新技术企业加强包容型领导培养,提升员工创造性自我认知和创造力具有实践指导意义。 Based on social cognitive theory and role identity theory and so on, the paper studied the influence on employees' creativity from inclusive leadership and mediating mechanism from employee creative self-concept perspective by using 296 matched samples of employees and their supervisors from high tech-nology enterprises in Shanxi provinces. The empirical results showed that inclusive leadership had significant positive effect on employee creativity. Creative self-efficacy and creative role identity played a full mediation role in the relationship between the inclusive leadership and employees' creativity. The results expanded the understanding of the mechanism of the effect of inclusive leadership on employees' creativity, and had guiding significance on how to promote leader inclusiveness development to increase employees' creative self-cognition and creativity in high technology enterprises.
