摘 要: 基于现代学徒制内涵,梳理深圳信息职业技术学院工商企业管理专业与深圳金拱门食品有限公司合作实践,从协同合作机制、创新人才培养、教师团队建设、质量监测评价、规范管理制度等方面,阐述校企现代学徒制试点建设措施与实施保障,并以学校、企业、学生可持续发展视角,梳理总结三方互利共赢的试点工作特色。 Based on the connotation of modern apprenticeship system,this paper combs the practice of cooperation between Business and Enterprise Management Major in Shenzhen Institute of Information Technology and Shenzhen McDonald’s Food Co.,Ltd.from the aspects of cooperation mechanism,innovative talent cultivation,teacher team building,quality monitoring and evaluation,standardized management system.It continues to expound the construction measures and implementation guarantee of modern apprenticeship system in schools and enterprises,and finally summarizes the characteristics of the pilot work of mutual benefit and win-win results of the three sides from the perspective of sustainable development of schools,enterprises and students.
