摘　　要： 在全球贸易治理体系中,WTO争端机制对于贸易摩擦的缓解作用日益体现。对争端解决机制效率进行较为科学的评价,为有效维持多边贸易体制平衡,推动全球治理公平、合理发展具有重要的现实意义。文章对WTO争端解决机制的运行流程、全球争端案件总体情况、主要案件类别情况、申诉方与被诉方国别分布情况进行梳理和总结;在对WTO贸易争端案件实际处理情况及争端解决时间进行描述性统计分析的基础上,从计量经济学角度,检验WTO争端解决机制影响要素对争端解决效率的影响程度。研究结果表明,贸易争端解决时间、申诉方对被诉方市场依赖程度、宏观经济形势对于贸易争端解决结果具有显著性影响作用。为此,文章从WTO制度、G20集团机制层面,提出加强全球贸易体系治理的具体建议。 In the global trade governance system, the role of WTO dispute mechanism is increasingly reflected in the mitigation of trade frictions. It is of great practical significance to evaluate the efficiency of the WTO dispute settlement mechanism in order to maintain the balance of the multilateral trade system and promote the development of global governance towards a more fair and reasonable way. In this paper, it sorts out and summarizes the operation process of the WTO dispute settlement mechanism, the overall situation of the global dispute cases, the main types of the cases, the complainant and the defendant country distribution. On the basis of descriptive statistical analysis about the actual treatment and dispute settlement time consuming, it examines the influencing elements of dispute settlement efficiency. The results of linear regression model show that dispute settlement time consuming, market dependence and the macroeconomic situation have a significant effect on the settlement of the trade dispute. Finally, from the aspect of WTO and G20,it puts forward specific recommendations to strengthen the global trade governance.
