摘 要: 内生型综合大学已经成为培养教育硕士的重要力量。通过实证调查发现,我国内生型综合大学培养全日制教育硕士的目标获得学生认可,质量评价比较严格,但也存在课程设置不够合理、导师指导水平参差不齐等问题。内生型综合大学培养全日制教育硕士遭遇的困境是:选修课程的可选择性小,实践教学有名无实,双导师制未有效落实,学位论文形式单一。解决这些问题,内生型综合大学应扩大学生选修课程的选择权,实施个性化培养;强化实践教学,培养学生扎实的实践能力;严格落实双导师制,协力促进学生成长;丰富学位论文形式,做到理论与实践有机结合。 Endogenous comprehensive universities play the important role in cultivating the master of education. Through empirical survey, we can find that the endogenous comprehensive university in cultivating full-time masters of education in China make an achievement, i.e. the training objective is recognized by students, the quality evaluation is strict, etc. However, there exist some problems: the curriculum design is unreasonable, the tutors’ guidance is uneven. At present, the realistic dilemmas of endogenous comprehensive university in cultivating full-time masters of education are: elective courses are less optional, the practice teaching remain in name only, the “double-tutors system” has not been effectively implemented, and dissertation form is single. To solve the problems, endogenous comprehensive university should make a breakthrough in the following aspects: expand the option of elective courses to achieve personalized training;strengthen practice teaching and cultivate solid practice ability;implement the “double-tutors system” strictly and work together to promote the growth of students;enrich the form of dissertation and combine theory with practice.
