摘　　要： 义务教育学校校车免费有助于义务教育的普及,是保障受教育权的必然要求,并且顺应义务教育免费范围不断扩大的趋势,因此义务教育学校校车应该免费。在世界范围内,不同国家和地区对义务教育学校校车是否免费存在不同的实践,这些实践给我们提供了一些启示。我国一些地区已经开始了提供校车服务的探索,但是仍然存在着一些问题。在借鉴其他国家和地区义务教育学校校车免费实践经验的基础上,立足于我国的现实,我国义务教育学校校车免费应该采取四项策略。 With free compulsory educational school bus contributing to compulsory educational development, required to serve for the right to education and conforming to the tendency of enlargement of free compulsory educational scope, compulsory educational school bus should be free. There exist uncommon practices in some countries and regions, which gives us some inspiration. School bus has been provided in China, but there exist some prob-ems. Based on other countries＇ experience and Chinese reality, four measures should be taken in China to make compulsory educational school bus free.
