摘　　要： 在就业能力导向下去构建高职德育评价体系,对完成高职人才培养目标十分重要,对提高高职德育实效性也有着重要意义。高职院校要在就业能力导向下去组织多元化的德育评价主体、丰富立体化的德育评价内容、拓展多样化的德育评价形式、发挥德育评价的发展性功能,构建具有高职特色的高职德育评价体系。 The construction of moral assessment system in higher vocational college under the guidance of employment-ability-orientation is very important for higher vocational college to reach the goal to train talents and is great significant in improving the moral education effectiveness.Higher vocational college should organize a multi-moral educational assessment,enrich the three-dimensional moral assessment content,explore various assessments forms,fulfill the developmentalfunction of moral assessment,so as to construct the moral assessment system with characteristics of higher vocational education.
