摘　　要： 供应链系统是一个动态的经济系统,供应链中的实体作为独立的经济个体,实现协同是供应链系统发挥效用的根本要求。本文介绍了供应链系统存在广泛的协同效应,深入分析了对供应链系统决策起关键作用的信息协同效应,并且指出这种信息协同可能存在的信息风险,给出了相应的信息风险控制措施。 The supply chain system is a dynamic economy system. As an independent economic unit, the entities in supply chain need to cooperate with each other, which is the fundamental demand to make the supply chain work. This paper introduces the synergetic effects which exist extensively in the supply chain system, analyzes the information synergetic effect which plays a key role in decision- making in the supply chain system and points out the information risk that may be brought by the information synergetic effect and presents the steps to control the information risk.
