摘 要: 在蓄电池生产中,针对蓄电池盖形状及结构的特点,设计了一款电池盖的自动抓取装置,该装置采用两对齿轮齿条进行相向安装,可以实现同时抓取多个元件或长条形物料的功能。 This paper presents a kind of mechanism for assorting with robot,which is capable of catching multiple parts or rectangular parts simultaneously.Two pairs of racks are installed in sliders and using precision inert gears to make the sliders moving relatively,clamping and loosing.In addtion,a pair or multiple jaws can be installed on the sliders for catching parts or rectangular parts such as cases and covers during production of batteries.
