摘　　要： 知识联盟企业的行为受到联盟外界因素、联盟企业特征和控制的综合作用,控制机制的选择必须建立在对联盟行为分析的基础上。交易成本理论、基于资源的理论和社会网络理论研究联盟学习和控制的角度过于片面性,因此根据控制的作用机理,从联盟知识分享和保护协调的视角,探讨了外界因素和企业特征对控制机制选择的影响。 external factors ,rirms＇characters and control mechanism influence behavior of firms in knowledge alliances .Selection of control mechanism should be based on analysis of behavior of rims.Transaction cost theory, resourcte-based theory and social network theory have limitations in researching control of alliances . According to the role of control mechanism ,this paper dicusses the selection of control mechanism under different conditions.
