摘　　要： 高职院校的人才培养目标是培养具有动手能力的高技能型人才,校园文化必然要体现这一特点。借用中国传统文化中"知行合一"的理念,将大学生的"认知"与"实践"紧密的统一起来,符合高职院校的人才培养规律与特点。基于"知行合一"理念建设高职校园文化,有助于打造高职校园文化的特色、有助于高职院校大学生的自我教育、有助于"劳动光荣"社会风尚的弘扬。 The goal of higher vocational colleges is to cultivate high skilled talents with practical ability, Campus culture is bound to reflect this feature. It accords to the law and characteristic of talent training in higher vocational colleges to combine the concept of ＂he unity of knowledge and action＂ from the Chinese traditional culture with the ＂cognition＂ and ＂practice＂ of college Students. The construction of campus culture in higher vocational colleges based on the ＇The unity of knowledge and action＇ idea can help to create the characteristics of higher vocational school culture, contribute to the higher vocational college students＇ self-education, and help to promote the ＂labor glorious＂ social customs.
