摘　　要： 中小企业是国民经济的重要支柱,而传统的融资框架基本上将其排除在外,中小企业陷入严重的融资困境。在我国鼓励中小企业发展的大环境下,天使投资是解决中小企业融资困难最根本、最有效的手段之一。 Medium-mini enterprises are the key branch of national economy, but they face many difficulties because of the traditional financial system. Nowadays, angel investment may be the best and basic way of financing for medium-mini enterprises in our country.
