摘　　要： 改革开放以来,广东对外贸易飞速发展,对外贸易总额不断攀升。但是,在外贸快速发展的背后却隐藏着外贸商品结构、外贸方式结构、外贸区域结构、外贸主体结构等诸方面的风险性因素并带来贸易摩擦困扰增多、贸易竞争力下降、贸易效益低下等严重后果,因此从各方面采取针对性措施推动广东外贸结构性转型刻不容缓。 Since the implementation of the reform and opening policy , we have seen rapid development of China foreign trade. However, in the respect of trade structure of goods, patterns, regions and principal parts, there are still some risks and problems which bring about serious results, such as more trade frictions, declining competitive ability and low profits. Therefore, it is urgent to take pertinent measures in all respects to promote the transformation of Guangdong＇s foreign trade structure.
