摘　　要： 为明确和深化图书馆智慧服务的核心要素及其理论内涵,推动智慧图书馆的设计与实施,文章运用系统性文献分析法与案例分析法,梳理了现存文献中图书馆智慧服务的核心学术理论和案例中的实践要素,并通过框架构建的方式,挖掘了图书馆智慧服务的核心要素及其之间的关联。循“智慧城市—智慧图书馆—智慧服务—用户”的框架主线,采用“信息技术+多元的服务视角”的框架内核,文章整合了宏观背景层、相关因素层、技术设备层、服务创设层及服务落地层五个层面的集成要素作为图书馆智慧服务的核心要素理论框架,以期为图书馆智慧服务提供理论借鉴。 In order to clarify and deepen the core elements of library smart services and their theoretical connotations,and promote the design and implementation of smart libraries,the article uses a systematic literature analysis method and case analysis method to sort out the core academic theories in the cases of library smart services and the practical elements in existing literature.Through the framework construction method,the core elements of the library’s intelligent services and their relationships were excavated.Following the framework of“Smart City-Smart Library-Smart Service-User”and under the core of“information technology+multi-service perspective”,this research integrates five integrated elements including macro background layer,related factors layer,technology equipment layer,service creating layer and service falling layer,into the theoretical framework of core elements of library smart service,with a view to providing theoretical reference for library intelligent services.
