摘　　要： 2018—2022年,在“文化强国”与“文化强省”建设战略、公共文化服务高质量发展、《公共图书馆法》出台和新冠疫情防控等背景下,广东省公共图书馆事业迎接了新的机遇与挑战,持续保持稳中有进的发展态势。报告以广东省第七次全国县级以上公共图书馆评估定级数据、广东图书馆学会公共图书馆建设数据为基础,从发展背景、整体发展状况、高质量发展做法与成效、“以人为中心”的图书馆建设等方面呈现2018—2022年广东省公共图书馆事业发展的整体情况。广东省公共图书馆服务体系建设覆盖城乡、设施建设提档升级、经费保障均衡有力、文献信息资源持续优化、专业人才队伍不断壮大、服务效能显著提升,有力推动了公共图书馆事业的品质发展、均衡发展、开放发展和融合发展,认真贯彻落实了“以人为中心”的理念。 From 2018 to 2022,under the strategies of building a strong cultural nation and province,the highquality development of public cultural services,the promulgation of the"Public Library Law",and the challenges of the COVID-19 pandemic,public libraries in Guangdong province have embraced new opportunities and challenges,and maintained a steady and progressive development trend.Based on the data of the seventh national evaluation and rating of public libraries above county level in Guangdong province and the data of Guangdong Library Association on the development of public libraries,the report illustrates the overall situation of the development of public libraries in Guangdong province from 2018 to 2022,focusing on the development background,the overall development status,the practices and achievements of the high-quality development,and the construction of people-centered libraries.The development of public libraries in Guangdong province has made tremendous achievements:library service system has been extended to both urban and rural areas;library facilities have been upgraded;library funding has been kept balanced and powerful,documentary and information resources have been continuously optimized;professional talent team has been constantly expanded;and library services have been significantly improved.These efforts have effectively promoted the quality development,balanced development,open development,and integrated development of the public library sector,and earnestly implemented the people-centered philosophy.
