摘　　要： 社会的发展,人们体育价值观念的转变,再加上《体育法》、《全民健身计划纲要》等法规文件在法律上的保障,使社会体育得到广泛的开展。适应这一现状,社会体育专业在一些高等院校相继设立,作为社会大环境的新产物,社会体育专业培养出来的专门人才现阶段从事社会体育工作的现实情况却并不理想,如何培养和改善社会体育专业人才目前及未来的就业环境随之成为一个突出的问题,通过对影响社会体育专业人才就业内外环境因素的分析,使人才就业与专业培养、社会需求能更好地吻合。 The social development and the people conception- changing about physical education value, and the guarantee in law for example ＂sports law＂ , ＂all people exercise program＂ and so on, the social sports is developed broadly, with the situation, the social sports specialty is setted up constantly.As new outcome of the society, the special persons with ability who are cultured by the social sports specialty aren＇t well engaging in the social sports at present, and how to culture and improve the conditions concerning their obtaining enployment becomes a prominent problem at present and in future. In order to suit the social sports specilty can obtaining employment combining the social need and specialty culture,the author analyses a few elements which affect their obtaining employment in the article.
