摘　　要： 公元383年前秦与东晋爆发了中国历史上首次胡、汉王朝间的全面战争即淝水之战。前秦苻坚完成北中国的统一后迅速地筹备征伐东晋,但却在军事部署中表现得极为感情用事。这时东晋将领桓冲在长江中、上游做好军事防御部署,并主动进攻襄阳。此事使苻坚更为焦急,以此为契机来说服反对征伐东晋的诸臣;其弟苻融被说服后担任前锋司令官,开始进攻东晋。苻坚对灭掉东晋本来具有极大的自信,但在其前锋士兵一度被东晋击败时,心理上出现了极大的波动。淝水之战因最高统治者苻坚的焦急心理及刚愎自用导致前秦军战败,无法实现他梦寐以求一统天下的愿望。 Feishui War broke out between the kingdoms of Qin and the Eastern Jin in 383.It's the first full-scale war between the kingdoms of non-Han nationality and Han nationality in Chinese history.Fu Jian,the monarch of the kingdom of Qin,was ready to conquer the Eastern Jin after uniting the northern China.However,he was defeated in Feishui War.The causes include his hasty preparation for the war and the anxiety and over-confidence in himself.After this war,the ambition of Fu Jian to unite the whole China was shattered.
