摘　　要： 目前我国金融体系发展存在银行高度垄断、金融低效率及金融系统风险隐患不断积累等若干特征。资产证券化的发展将促进我国金融产业的结构化进程,增进市场的完全性,提高我国金融体系的安全性,并提升市场的完备性,从而将不断提高我国金融资源配置效率。 Excessive bank monopoly, low financial efficiency as well as systemic risk accumulation in financial system are the basic features in China＇ s financial sector development. Asset securitization would push forward the process of financial sector structuring, enhance market perfection, raise the safety of financial system as well as promote market perfection so as to keep on uplifting Pareto efficiency of financial resource allocation.
