摘　　要： 在我国金融体制改革不断深入、金融市场逐步开放的特殊时期,银行系统职务犯罪严重危害到国家金融安全,已经成为制约金融改革发展乃至社会主义市场经济发展的重要因素。银行如何切实加强管理,了解和掌握银行职务犯罪的发案特点、发展趋势和诱发因素,积极预防职务犯罪,对于维护国家经济金融秩序,保障其自身健康发展,已显得尤为重要。 During the special period of reforming our financial system and opening the financial market, duty crime in bank system have harmed our country＇ s financial security seriously. It is an important cause to restrict financial reform and the development of socialist market economy. It is more important for the bank to reinforce control itself, we should know its character of exposed case development trend and inducement to avoid the bank duty crime. It can defend state financial order and is good to bank＇s healthy development.
