中职升本 表现几何——基于地方本科院校学生调查的实证分析
What is the Performances of Secondary Vocational Students’ Studying in Universities:An Empirical Analysis Based on the Survey of Students in Local Universities

摘  要: 近年来,中等职业教育学生愈发渴望升入本科院校继续学习,但对中职学生升本后表现的关注较少。本文利用2016-2017年的地方本科院校学生调查数据,使用逆概率加权回归调整方法,分年级比较了中职生源学生与普通高中生源学生在学业表现和就业方面的差异。实证分析发现:总体而言,两类学生在综合能力素质、沟通表达能力和批判创新能力等方面没有显著差异;中职生源学生进入本专业排名前25%的概率显著低于普通高中生源学生。尽管两组学生实际就业起薪没有显著差异,但中职生源毕业生的工资预期显著更低,其对工作满意度的概率显著更高。对此,本文建议进一步提升中职教育的培养质量、加强中职学生在教育选择机会上的制度设计、强化高校对中职生源的补习教育等。 In recent years,the secondary vocational students have been more and more eager to enter the universities to continue to study,but people pay less attention to the performance of them who have entered the universities.Based on the survey data of students in Local Universities from 2016 to 2017,the paper uses the Inverse-probability-weighted regression adjustment(IPWRA)method to compare the differences in academic performance and employment between secondary vocational students and ordinary high school students by grade.The empirical analysis shows that:Generally speaking,there is no significant difference between the two types of students in comprehensive ability,communication and expression ability,criticism and innovation ability;The probability of secondary vocational students being the top 25% of the major is always significantly lower than that of ordinary high school students.Although there is no significant difference in the actual starting salary between the two groups,the salary expectation of secondary vocational students is significantly lower,and their probability of job satisfaction is significantly higher.In this regard,this paper proposes to strengthen the design of vocational and general integration system in senior high school,strengthen the supplementary education of secondary vocational students and realize the integrated design of secondary and higher vocational talents training.
