摘 要: 通过对北京市2012年首批"3+2"中高职衔接试点项目进行田野调查,利用路径分析发现:试点高职学生的总适应能力存在性别、专业差异,并受到母亲教育水平的影响;试点学生的学习适应能力和人际关系适应能力均对学业表现有显著的正向影响;在对就业预期的影响方面,学生的学习成绩对预期工资未有显著影响,即不存在学习成绩的中介效应。此外,越认同学校环境和院校文化的试点学生,也即环境适应能力越强的学生对其预期工资也越低。因此,建议吸收美国社区学校成熟的"转学"经验,积极为试点学生提供学业支持服务,搭建信息交流平台、引导其参与社团文化活动,并加强项目咨询与后期就业指导服务。 This study investigated the first pilot project of 3+2 connecting mode of secondary and higher vocational education in Beijing in 2012. Based on the path analysis, the results showed that: Students of different gender and majors in the pilot project have different adaptability, which is also influenced by their mothers' education level. Both learning and relationship adaptability of students in the pilot project have a significantly positive effect on their academic performance. As for employment expectation, their academic performance had no significant impact on expected earning level, which means academic performance has no mediating effect. Furthermore, students who identify with school environment and culture, namely strong environment adaptability, had an expectation of lower earning level. It is suggested to absorb the mature "transfer" experience of American community colleges, to provide academic support services for the pilot students, to build a platform for information exchange, to guide them to participate in the cultural activities of the community, and to strengthen the service of project consultation and employment guidance.
