摘　　要： “国家示范性高职院校建设计划”是我国政府投入巨额资金改革高等职业教育人才培养模式的一项重大举措。国家示范性高职院校是否引领了周边其他院校的发展?是否在一定区域内发挥了积极的辐射作用?基于2016年的全国高等职业院校质量年报等数据,本文在测量普通院校与示范院校的空间距离的基础上,通过稳健性多元线性回归发现,示范院校的邻近院校(10公里范围内存在示范院校)和非邻近院校(10公里范围内不存在示范院校)的毕业生就业率和起薪不存在显著差异。此外,示范院校的期次和示范院校的数量均未显著影响周边普通院校的毕业生就业情况。在中间产出方面,虽然示范院校并未影响邻近普通院校的资源获得水平,但却显著地提升了周边普通院校的教学水平。本文的结果表明,在高等职业教育领域,以示范院校建设来带动整体质量提升的机制仍需进一步的调整和完善。 "National Demonstrative Higher Vocational College Construction Plan" was an initiative of the Chinese government to foster talented professional personnel with huge funding. Have these colleges played a radiation effect? What was their impact on neighboring colleges? Based on the annual quality report of national higher vocational colleges in 2016, this study adopted spatial statistical analysis to identify dummy variables, with or without a demonstration college in the surrounding 10 kilometers, and divided object colleges into two groups. This paper conducted robust OLS regression analysis and found that there were no significant differences in the employment rate and monthly salary between two groups of colleges, which illustrated that national demonstration colleges had not exerted a significant impact on the employment of students in neighboring institutions. Moreover, the batch and number of demonstrative colleges did not have a significant impact on the employment of graduates in neighboring colleges in the surrounding 10 kilometers either. At the same time, the national demonstration colleges did not affect the resource acquisition of the neighboring colleges, but significantly improved the teaching level of the neighboring colleges within 10 kilometers. The mechanism of promoting the whole development of higher vocational education by such construction needs further adjustment and improvement.
