摘 要: 基于2019年北京市信息技术和家政养老行业的技能调查数据测算出,被调查者中接受中等和高等教育的工作错配更多表现为技能不足。进一步,利用多分类的逻辑斯特模型估计了学校教育类型和教育质量对技能错配的影响作用。结果显示接受职业教育的劳动者在技能错配的发生率上与接受普通教育的劳动者没有显著的差异;学校教育质量对劳动者技能不足的发生率有显著的负向影响;中等职业教育质量的提升对降低技能不足发生率的积极效应,远高出普通高中教育质量的提升对降低技能不足发生率的影响,但教育质量的这一调节作用在高等教育阶段未有体现。 Based on the 2019 skills survey data of information technology and the elderly home care industries in Beijing,it is found that the job mismatch of middle and higher education workers in Beijing is mainly manifested as the under-skilled among the investigators.And using the Multinomial Logistic Model,this paper estimates the effect of schooling type and education quality on skill mismatch.The empirical analysis shows that there was no significant difference in the incidence of skill mismatch between vocational education and general education.The quality of school education has a significant negative effect on the incidence of unskilled labor.The positive effect of improving the quality of secondary vocational education on reducing the incidence of under-skilled is much higher than that of improving the quality of general high school education,but this moderating effect of education type has not been reflected in higher education.
