摘 要: 人们凭着彼此的印象而联系,良好的人际印象是吸引他人与己交往、满足自身需要的重要因素。人际印象的建构不仅需要从"术"的方面进行印象整饰,更需要从"道"的层面开阔心胸、升华自我。在现代名争利斗的人际交往场中,老子提出的"既以为人,己愈有;既以与人,己愈多"思想对消除人际隔阂有着现实的意义,启发世人突破自我利益的局限,以"柔弱不争"的心态建构"愚朴"、"真善"的人际印象。 People interact with each other based on interpersonal impression, thus good impression is the key factor in at- tracting other people to communicate with you and in satisfying your own needs. The construction of interpersonal impres- sion requires not only the "technique" of impression management but also the "Tao" of open-mindedness and self-improve- ment. Nowadays, as people focus too much on pursuing fame and interests in interpersonal communication field, Lao Tzu's thoughts of "the more you consider for others, the more you own; the more you give, the more you get" is meaningful in climinating interpersonal boundaries between modern people, inspiring people to surpass the limitation of self-interest, constructing interpersonal impression of the innocent and kind with tolerant and uncompetitive attitude.
