摘　　要： 股市与经济密切相关,经济发展带动股市发展,而股市的稳健运行也有助于经济发展。我国股市频繁的暴涨暴跌既损害了股市正常功能的发挥,也影响了经济发展。本文从我国股市暴涨暴跌现象描述入手,在分析中国股市暴涨暴跌的危害及其导致原因的基础上,提出了促进中国股市稳健运行的因应策略。 Stock market is closely related to economy and economic development could drive the development of stock market.In addition,stablity of the stock market would be helpful for economic development.But frequently huge fluctuation of stock market in China not only hinders the normal function of stock market,but also influences the economic development.In this paper,the reason of the uneven stock market was analyzed,and its damage on economy was discussed.Finally,relevant countermeasures and strategies were proposed to promote the healthy operation of Chinese stock market.
