摘 要: 从理论和实证角度对项目驱动式教学法在"人力资源管理"课程中的应用进行研究。研究结果表明,项目驱动式教学法通过"项目"的驱动来提高理论教学的实用性和趣味性,加深学生对理论知识的理解和掌握,有利于学生综合素质的培养。 Through the study of the application of project-driven mode in the course of human resource management, we find that the project-driven mode increases the interest and practicability of theory teach-ing through the " project driven" , promotes students ′; understanding and mastering of the theoretical knowledge and possess the favorable condition to improve the comprehensive quality of students. The pro-ject-driven mode is worth popularizing in the course teaching according with the given conditions.
