摘　　要： 本文以江苏省南通市重点产业为调查样本,从理论和实证角度分析了劳动力价格变动对企业成本及生产效率的影响。研究结果表明,劳动力价格水平的提高会使得企业成本上升,劳动力价格结构的调整会对企业生产效率产生显著的正面影响。最后,根据结论提出了相关的政策建议。 This paper takes vital industries in Nantong, Jiangsu Province as an sample, analyzing the impact of price fluctuation of labour on enterprises costs and production efficiency. Research shows rising price of labour would increase the costs of enterprises, while a structural adjustment of labour price would exert a prominent positive influence on production efficiency. Last but not least, suggestions on policy-making would be given according to the conclusion.
