摘 要: 文章基于劳动力市场的视角对我国最低工资的收入分配效应进行了实证研究,研究结果表明,二元经济结构、劳动力市场分割共同作用,构造了一个竞争性行业劳动力市场(城市二级劳动力市场),竞争性行业劳动力市场拥有庞大数量的低收入者是我国收入差距保持较高的水平的主要原因。在目前缺乏有效的工资集体谈判机制的情况下,最低工资是增加二级劳动力市场上低收入劳动者的收入,缩小收入差距的有效途径。研究还发现,最低工资的提高有一个合理的区间,超出临界值,最低工资会扩大收入差距。 This paper is based on a empirical research of the income distribution effects of Chinese minimum wage from the angle of labor market. Results show that the dual economy structure and labor market divisions co-construct a competitive industry labor market(secondary urban labor market). The enormous number of low-income earners in this market has become one of the major causes which enlarge the resident income gap in our country. In the current case of lacking efficient collective wage bargaining mechanism, the minimum wage could be an effective way to increase the income of low-income workers in the secondary urban labor market, thus to narrow the income gap. The results also show that there should be a reasonable scale in the minimum wage growth. Exceeding the thresholds, it would impact negatively on the income gap.
