摘　　要： 文章回顾了欧美政府购买服务与社区工作的发展历程,进而讨论1990年代以来我国社区工作的开展,展现转型社会背景下特有的社区工作发展路径。以"罗村方案"为例,分析了我国政府购买服务下的社区工作的不同之处,提出转型时期社区工作发展的建议。 The paper reviews the history of community work and government procurement of service in the western society.Then there is a further discussion about community work in China since the 1990s and a description of the proper community work′ developing path in our transformation social background.Take the Luocun scheme as the example,the paper analyzed the differences after government procurement of service in community work and proposed suggestions of the development in community work during transition period.
