摘　　要： 自媒体以其强大的自主性、快捷性、开放性、交互性在高校大学生中广泛传播,给传统的心理健康教育,尤其是高校大学生心理危机监控工作带来了新的机遇和挑战。特别是作为培养未来外交外贸人才的外语类院校,要求学生在应对多元化全球竞争的同时,应具备更高的心理素质。文章从自媒体时代特点出发,结合外语类院校学生心理特点,探索与之相适应的大学生心理危机监控体系,以促进大学生心理健康教育发展。 We Media spreads widely among college students with its strong autonomy,convenience,openness and interactivity,which has brought new opportunities and challenges to traditional psychological health education,especially the psychological crisis monitoring of college students.In particular,students in Foreign Language Institutes are required to have higher psychological quality while coping with diversified global competition.Based on the combination of the characteristics of We Media and the psychological characteristics of foreign language students,this paper explores the corresponding psychological crisis monitoring system so as to promote the development of college students' psychological health education.
