摘 要: 本文从社会网络的分析视角,使用整体网络的测量方法,基于民营企业中代表271名员工的28个工作团队的整体网络数据,探讨了团队内非正式社会互动对团队愿景氛围与团队合作之间关系的作用机制。研究表明:团队愿景氛围与团队合作显著正相关,团队工作咨询网络密度在两者间起部分中介作用;团队任务相互依赖在团队愿景氛围与团队工作咨询网络密度的关系中具有正向调节作用;团队愿景氛围与团队合作的关系中具有社会互动的内涵,团队领导应重视团队内非正式社会互动所扮演的重要作用。 Organizational researchers have largely ignored the internal mechanism of team cooperation. This article discussed the informal social interaction within work teams as a mediation between team vision climate and team cooperation in private enterprise. We applied network theory and the whole network analysis. 271 employees from 28 work teams engaged in our study. Empirical results shows that, team vision climate and team cooperation are positively related and team advice network density partially mediated relationship between them, team task interdependence positively moderated- the relationship between team vision climate and team advice network density. This implies social interaction between team vision climate and team cooperation, implications are discussed.
