摘　　要： 在经济转型背景下,企业面临人才储备不足、中高级人才流失等问题,危机预警是人才流失危机管理的关键环节。在已有研究的基础上,采用实证研究的方法,基于非语言沟通视角归纳出企业人才流失危机的表现,并提出相应的预警管理对策。对于缓解企业人才流失危机,节约人力成本,提升企业的危机管理能力具有一定的现实意义。 In the context of economic transformation,enterprises are faced with such problems as shortage in talent reserve and loss of intermediate and senior talents,thusearly- warning management is the key step for management ofbrain drain crisis. Based on relevant research and the empirical method,this study sums up signs of the brain drain crisis based on nonverbal communication,then put forward relevant forewarning management measures.This study has a certain practical significance for alleviating enterprise talent loss crisis,saving human cost and enhancing crisis management ability of enterprises.
