During the Labor Movements in the Mid 1920s,workers of Shanghai focused their point to the Japanese enterprise in China. In contrast, the atmosphere of Chinese enterprise was calm. The economic reasons causing the difference was not the difference between salary, but a difference between managerial system and situation. This situation reflected that the Chinese enterprise successfully transplanted some traditional factors which could maintain peace of traditional society to the enterprise system during the modernization of China. This system had more competitive than the Japenese enterprise in China.
