摘　　要： 效率是保险公司核心竞争能力的体现。本文通过对决定保险公司效率的因素进行理论和实证分析发现:以国有为主导的保险公司产权结构,使得产权制度的激励、约束和配置职能不能有效地发挥应有的作用,从而造成了相应的效率损失;公司治理水平好的保险公司,其效率水平也普遍较高。 Efficiency is the core competitiveness of insurers.In this paper we examine the key factors that influence the efficiency of insures,and the results show that the structure of insurance company's property-rights dominated by state-owners makes incentive,restraint and distribution function of property rights can not effectively play its due role,leading to a corresponding loss of efficiency,and insurers with better corporate governance tend to be more efficiency.
