摘　　要： 根据吸收能力重构模型,结合调研企业的实践应用构建一个系统动力学模型,通过仿真分析企业吸收能力的前因变量、调节变量及其结果的动态变化。研究发现,整合机制可以使潜在吸收能力转换为平稳的现实吸收能力,从而提高转换效率和竞争优势的可持续性;但社会化整合机制过高,企业会陷入路径依赖,造成现实的吸收能力增长缓慢。这为认识吸收能力的路径依赖现象提供了一个新视角。 Based on reconceptualization model of absorptive capacity which was put forward by Zahra＇s and George （2002）, a system dynamics model of ACAP combined with the practice of the specific enterprise is built. By the simulation analysis of antecedents, moderators and outcomes of this construct, studies demonstrate that the potential absorptive capacity can be converted into stable real absorption ability through social integration mechanisms, so as to improve the transformation efficiency and sustainability of competitive advantage. Nevertheless, too high level of social integration mechanism will put the enterprise into path dependence, which causes the stagflation of potential absorptive capacity, and thus slow growth of absorptive capacity. The model provides a new locus of path dependence from absorptive capacity.
