摘　　要： 运用SE-DEA模型对2018年广东省21个地市的科技创新效率进行评价,得出各地市科技创新效率排名,其中有12个地市科技投入与产出指标达到DEA有效。评价结果如下,广州市排名第一,肇庆排在末位,投入产出指标中排名首位的深圳市科技创新效率评价表现不佳,仅排在第七位,说明科技创新效率与区域经济发展水平关联不大,且并非R&D人员与经费投入越多,效率越高,若无相应产出比例,效率值反而降低。 The paper uses the SE-DEA model to evaluatethe efficiency of science and technology innovation of21 cities in Guangdong in 2018,and gets the ranking result,including 12 cities reached DEA effective.The evaluation results are as follows:Guangzhou ranked first;Zhaoqing ranked the last;Shenzhen ranked the first in the input-output index,only ranked seventh in the evaluation value of science and technology innovation efficiency,which shows that the efficiency of scientific and technological innovation has no great correlation with regional economy;it is not verified that the more personnel and funds input,the higher the efficiency;if there is no corresponding proportion of output,the efficiency value will be reduced.
