摘　　要： 信息技术和互联网技术的不断革新,使得各行各业的发展都有了较大提高。在互联网技术发展的推动下,众包模式的出现给企业带来巨大的便利和较高的经济效益,对饲料企业的长远发展具有明显的影响,有助于提高生产效率和节约资源。本文分析了饲料企业管理存在的问题,阐述了众包模式对于饲料企业管理的优势,研究了众包模式在饲料企业管理模式创新中的应用和发展趋势,以期促进饲料企业的长远健康发展。 The continuous innovation of information technology and Internet technology has greatly improved the development of the various walks of life.Driven by the development of Internet technology,crowdsourcing model has brought great convenience and higher economic benefits to enterprises.Crowdsourcing model has a significant impact on the long-term development of feed enterprises,which helps to improve production efficiency and save resources.In this paper,the problems existing in the management of feed enterprises were analyzed,the advantages of crowdsourcing model for feed enterprise management were expounded,application and development trend of crowdsourcing model in the innovation of feed enterprise management mode were studied,so as to promote the long-term healthy development of feed enterprises.
