摘　　要： 对西北师范大学女子竞走队赛前训练计划,备战运动员身体状况和场地条件进行分析,以第3届甘肃省大学生运动会女子5 000m竞走优秀运动员宋福琴,李伟琴,牟桃荣,齐天宇等队员为研究对象,采用科学的调研方法对队员在第3届甘肃省大学生运动会前一个月的训练实情进行调查,归纳在第3届甘肃省大学生运动会女子5 000m竞走队员取得优秀成绩的原因和科学合理的训练计划,为总结经验,同时也为今后训练提供借鉴。 Based on the analysis of the pre-competition training program and physical condition of the athletes preparing for the Northwestern Normal University and the conditions of the field for the athletes preparing for the competition,Song Fuqin,Li Weiqin,Mou Taorong and Qi Tianyu,the elite athletes of 5,000-meter walking athletes in the Gansu University Games,Object,using scientific research methods on the team members in the third session of the Gansu University Games the previous month's training to investigate the actual situation,summed up in the third Gansu University Games women's 5000 meters walking race members made outstanding achievements in the reasons and scientific and reasonable training Plan,to sum up experience,but also provide reference for future training.
