摘　　要： 本文基于对语体语法基本原理的阐释,提出以语距为原则确定语体单位的理论,认为唯具语距属性的语法单位方为语距单位、唯具语距属性的语法部门方为语体语法部门。语法部门中的语法单位里,凡具语距属性者均为该部门语体语法的语距单位。因此,"语距"不仅是语体单位构成的基本原则,也是语体单位的鉴定标准。本文据此发展出一套语体语法系统,建构出一个"一体两翼"式层级系统的模式、一个有基本单位和基本关系(类似公理)、有推导规则(类似定理)和拓展空间、有预测和验证的准公理系统,以期为汉语语体学乃至普通语体学、汉语语言学乃至普通语言学的研究与应用,探索出一条新的路径。最后,文章还对语体语法自身及其相关学科发展中的理论意义做了进一步思考。 Based on the principles of register grammar,this paper proposes a distance principle for determining what the operational units are in register grammar.It is argued that only linguistic forms that are functioning to identify register-distances between speakers and listeners are considered register units.Thus,distance serves as a key principle for identifying what the register components and units are in human languages.Based this principle,a system of register grammar is structured and a model of hierarchical components（or＂one body,two wings＂）is construed with verifiable and falsifiable properties.It is shown that the new system has the potential to provide a new way to the study of human languages in register grammar and in general linguistics,both theoretically and empirically.
