摘　　要： 从理论上讲,现代汉语音译外来词的对译字只要切合原词的读音即可,不一定拘于一字一形,然事实上并非如此,它要受到一致性原则、简单性原则、文明原则的制约,尤其是要受到在汉人字义、词义理解策略影响下衍生出来的一致性原则的限制。 In theory, it will do if the Chinese correspondents are consistent with the sounds of the original words in transliterating foreign words, and one-to-one correspondence between them may not be required. However, it is not always the case in practice. Such inhibiting principles as consistency, simplicity and elegance are involved. Among them, the principle of consistency should be especially observed, which is derived from the strategies in understanding the lexical meanings of the Chinese language.
