摘　　要： 现代学徒制是现下高职教育人才培养模式改革的重要形式之一,在探索培养高端技术技能型人才过程中起到了很大的作用。本文以广州工程技术职业学院为例,从市场导向、区域经济以及专业教学实际提出了"1234现代学徒制"人才培养模式,并对该人才培养模式改革做了一系列的改革和实践。 Modern apprenticeship is one of the most important form during the process of the reform of personnel training under the current vocational education. And it plays a big role during the process of exploring high--top talents with techniques and skills. Taking Guangzhou Institute of Technology as an example,it developed the form of 1234--Modern Apprenticeship from the following three dimensions, which are market orientation, regional economy and professional teaching. Beside all these im- provements,this form also leads to a series of discussion of revolutions and practices in the personnel training process.
