摘 要: 管理权威是管理主体与管理客体之间基于合法性的一种信从关系。管理权威理论经历了从暴力权威论、制度权威论、形势权威论到权威接受论,职能权威论再到知识权威论等几个阶段的历史嬗变。随着权威载体的变化,权威本身具备越来越大的可分享性。管理者必须树立共享、和谐的管理理念来适应当前这种变化。 Management authority is the retationship between subject of management and object of management based on conviction and obedience. From the theory of authority based on violence to the theory of authority based on knowledge, the evolvement of management theories has underwent six phases. With the change of the authority carrier, management authority has become more shareable. To accommodate themselves to new conditions, managers must build up management notion of sharing and harmony.
