摘　　要： “三个代表”思想的提出 ,为我们编辑在坚持政治倾向性 (即党性原则 )的同时保持高扬先进文化的理性自觉具有重要意义。有利于中华民族文化的科学理性和科学精神的提升 ,有利于中华民族文化走向世界。极左思潮从此失却了生长泛滥的土壤。 The three Represent's theory is of grear siginficance to the editors in their holding to the political tendentiousness and keeping themselves theoretically conscious of widely spreading advanced culture.The theory can help advance the scientific spirit and rationality of the Chinese national culture,and promote the spread of the Chinese national culture into the world.The theory has cleared away the soil for ultra Left trend of thought,and made if possible for the rational image of the Party in power to becomt prominent on the basis of the principle of the Party spirit
