摘 要: 推行和完善导师制是高职院校人才培养模式的新突破。本文以我院法律诊所实践为研究起点,从制度设计、信息平台构建、导学流程、企业家导师参与等方面开展研究,认为高职院校实施导师制必须依托项目实训,坚持任务驱动。在实行导师制的过程中,还应当注意处理好理念创新与方法创新、导学与学生自立自强、奉献与激励并举等方面的关系。 A new breakthrough in mode for talent training in HVE is to performance and improve the tutorial system.From the perspective of system designing,construction of information platform,tutorial guidance in learning and tutors from enterprises and etc,this paper,based on the Legal Clinic in the college,puts forward the idea that the adoption of tutorial system must base itself on project-stimulating and task-driven.During the performance of tutorial system,the relationships among creative philosophy and approaches,guidance in learning and student self-reliance,contribution and encouragement,should be dealt with attentively and systematically.
