摘　　要： 创新是推进示范性院校创建工作取得突破的活力之源。制度创新是办学者治理学校的理性选择。该文从制度创新领域、制度创新实现途径及进行制度创新容易陷入的误区等方面论证了制度创新是加强示范性院校内涵建设的重要条件。 Innovation motivates sustainable development of the creation about demonstrative higher vocational colleges. Institutional innovation suggests a rational choice of the conductors for their administration. With analyzing the institutional innovation and its realization way and our misunderstandings and so on, this paper demonstrates the idea which institutional innovation make an important condition on strengthening connotation construction for the demonstrative higher vocational colleges.
