摘　　要： 推行和完善导师制是高职院校人才培养模式的新突破。高职院校实施导师制必须依托项目实训,坚持任务驱动。在实行导师制的过程中,还应注意处理好理念创新与方法创新、导学与学生自立自强、奉献与激励并举等方面的关系。 Practicing and perfecting the tutorial system is a new breakthrough for the talents cultivating modes of higher vocational schools.Implementing the tutorial system in higher vocational schools must reply on project practice and insist on mission driving.In the process of implementing the tutorial system,it is necessary to pay attention to handle commendably the relationships,such as concept innovation and procedure innovation,guided learning and students＇ self-reliance,the coexistence of dedication and incentive,etc.
