摘　　要： 针对竞争情报发展的外部环境问题,从公共政策的角度,运用公共政策分析的模型和方法,提出了一个竞争情报公共政策的理性决策模型,并根据该模型对竞争情报公共政策问题、公共政策目标以及政策主体的决策模式三个方面进行了系统的分析。 As for the developing external environment of competitive intelligence, this article raised a rational decision-making model for related policies, and in light of the model, systematically analyzed competitive intelligence public policies, its aims and administrative decision-making mode by using the methods of public policy analysis.
